The Company shall not be held liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of any of the noted Services.

3. SMS Terms & Conditions

The following terms apply to your consent to receive SMS messages from Doctor Dave Technology Remedies:

By scheduling an appointment with Doctor Dave, you agree to the following terms:

All appointments must be scheduled through our website, by phone, or in person. We will make every effort to accommodate your preferred appointment time, but availability is not guaranteed.

Cancellation Policy

We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellation. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of $25.

Estimate Period

Some issues may require an extended Estimate period. If we are unable to complete the repair during the initial appointment, we will provide an estimate for the additional time and cost required.

7. Warranty and Limitation of Liability

Warranty

Doctor Dave provides a 30-day warranty on all repairs performed. This warranty covers only the specific repair performed and does not extend to other issues that may arise with your device. The warranty is void if:

The device has been damaged due to accident, misuse, or abuse.
The device has been serviced or modified by anyone other than Doctor Dave.
The device has been damaged by power surges, water, or other environmental factors.
The device has been infected with malware or viruses after the repair.
Software issues arise from user installation or modification after the repair.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE COMPANY OR ITS SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA OR OTHER INFORMATION, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, PERSONAL INJURY, LOSS OF PRIVACY, OR ANY OTHER PECUNIARY LOSS) ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY RELATED TO THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, EVEN IF THE COMPANY OR A SUPPLIER HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

In states and jurisdictions where the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages is not allowed, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

8. Data Backup and Privacy

While we take all reasonable precautions to preserve your data during service, we strongly recommend that you back up all important data before service. Doctor Dave is not responsible for data loss during the repair process. You acknowledge that:

It is your responsibility to back up your data before service.
Some repairs or diagnostic procedures may result in data loss.
Doctor Dave is not responsible for lost or corrupted data, programs, or applications.
Recovery of lost data is not covered under our warranty.
Data backup services are available for an additional fee.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use the Service.
